Choose a coin and network offered at checkout. Send the exact amount to the address on the current invoice before it expires. The network must match the invoice. Crediting depends on network confirmations and provider processing; do not reuse an old invoice address.
If a payment has not been credited
Check the payment status and balance in your account. For help, give support the payment reference, amount and time, and the transaction ID for cryptocurrency. Do not send your full card number, CVV or passwords.
